Rice County’s Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library Welcome to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, sponsored by Rice County Area United Way.

We are delighted to be able to provide a high quality, age appropriate book every month to children from birth until their 5th birthday. The program is free to all families in the Rice County area regardless of income level, and aims to foster a love of reading by encouraging parents and children to read together. Children improve language and literacy skills – all while engaged with their new, favorite characters.
