The organization was establish in 2009 to promote a game of tennis among polish-american community and its friends in Chicago metropolitan area. Our aim is the continued improvement o

f our events and services to meet the needs and aspirations of the local community and beyond. As part of our ongoing commitment to “Promote A Game Of Tennis” this year we embarked on an intentional process of defining the core values of our organization. We believe Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration, and Innovation are the anchors which best guide the culture and behavior of Chicago Polish Tennis Association services. Our team and volunteers fully endorse these aims and values, details of which plus our other activities will always be communicated via our newsletters, social media and website. Great weekend with WOSP Chicago. Congrats to all the champs and finalists of our doubles and singles round robin. So far, WOSP Chicago has raised a little over $166k. We are happy to be a small part of it and look forward to next year. Big thank you to Craftwood Doors & Windows, Handzel Insurance, and Tuckpointing Masonry System for co-sponsoring our event tshirts, and Biocell Collagen Sport for sponsoring very delicious pierogi! Also, huge thanks to our team of volunteers, Przemek Zielinski, Lukasz Jaworski, Piotrek Lada & Kuba Adas. Winners: Singles (Flight A. Robert Lerka, Flight B. Tomasz Jablonski), Doubles (Robert Lerka & Pawel Gainski def. Marek Zacios & Michal Zarnecki). The best mixed doubles teams were Irena Powers & Wieslaw Haracz, Coco ...& Mike Hennigan) Sie ma i do zobaczenia w następnym roku. PS. Zbieramy jeszcze do puszki do końca tygodnia. Zapraszamy. Huge congrats to Piotr Andrzejewski, 2019 Midwest Indoor Level 1 Champion. Great run throughout the whole tournament, winning all the matches in straight sets and having only one “UTR competitive” match along the way. Keep it up, Piotrek! @ Indianapolis, Indiana
