Are you a horse? Were you born in 2026, 2014, 2002, 1990, 1978, 1966 or 1954?

The Horse is confident, agreeable, and responsible, although they also tend to dislike being reigned in by others. They’re fit and intelligent, adoring physical and mental exertion; they're decisive, but also easily swayed and impatient. Socially, Horse has an outgoing and agreeable personality. They speak as quickly as they think and act, and they aren’t shy about showing off their talents and capabilities because to be falsely self–effacing wouldn’t be authentic. Is this you??

On Friday, the NAC, the Town and the artist Dale Rogers Studio signed the contract that officially begins the process of procuring the sculpture "Apple Dancers" for our town. We're so excited! Stay tuned for the next step which will be placement decision.

🍎 The Northborough Arts Council is excited to announce the selection of the final winning design for the "LOVE Northborough Sculpture" project. Following a process that included surveying community ideas, selecting eligible artists, and gathering community votes, the winner chosen by a majority of Northborough
respondents is “Apple Dancers” by Dale Rogers of Haverhill, MA.

Our next phase involves working with the artist on the fabrication of the sculpture, as well as coordinating with the Town Administrator on its final placement. We thank the community for sharing their voice and preference on the artistic vision of our town.

Vote totals are on the Arts Council website https://www.northboroughartscouncil.org/sculpture-winner. Stay tuned for more updates as we work on this project in phases through next year.
