Summer schedules are LIVE and while they are on When2Work, it's a little different than your usual dashboard screen.

In the Summer Bid emails, there's a username and password (summer14) available to everyone who bid a summer position in order to see where you're booked (this'll help out Floaters the most).

Follow along with this How To guide! And once you're in, you can select schedules based on groups/programs or specific job positions/codes. You can also check your bid position in the last bid book and keep track of your work days on your calendar. Whatever works for you, just remember to set the right alarms! 😉🤣
