Teaching right now is heavy. And if you're LGBTQIA+, there's an extra layer. The political stress, emotional exhaustion, or the quiet toll of showing up every day can be hard on all of us.
So we are creating a chance to build community and solidarity with other q***r educators. This is an opportunity to listen, vent, cry, check in with ourselves, affirm each other, and share honestly if we want to. This is a space to be human together.

This Friday, thousands of students across the country will take part in Day of Silence, a powerful, student-led action that brings attention to the bullying and harassment LGBTQ+ young people still face in K-12 schools.

This moment is about visibility, solidarity, and creating space for every student to feel safe, seen, and supported.

On April 10, join writer/director, , and (in theaters June 19) by showing up, speaking out, or taking the pledge. Because silence can be a statement, but lasting change happens when we act.

Across the country, more and more books are being challenged or banned—many highlighting LGBTQ+ experiences, people of color, and other marginalized voices. It’s unacceptable to erase stories that help us understand one another. Together, we’re pushing back against censorship and standing up for every reader’s right to be seen and heard.
