🐾✨ Big things are happening for Bugsy. ✨🐾

We’re so proud to share that Bugsy recently earned his Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certification, followed by both his Canine Good Citizen Advanced (CGCA) and Canine Good Citizen Urban (CGCU) titles through the AKC—an incredible accomplishment that reflects countless hours of training, patience, and teamwork.

While these letters may follow his name, what they really represent is something much bigger: a gentle spirit, a steady presence, and a dog who is well on his way to becoming a source of comfort and connection for the children and families we serve at the CAC.

A huge thank you to Harmony Acres Personalized Dog Training for guiding Bugsy and Kara through every step of this journey.

We are so excited that this brings this very good boy significantly further along his path toward becoming the Children’s Advocacy Center’s comfort dog!

We’re so grateful to NEPM for shining a light on the work happening across western Massachusetts through their coverage of Community Foundation’s 413 Gives.

413 Gives (http://nepm.org/413gives) will bring our broader region together for a single day of giving and community action, connecting donors like you directly to the community foundations they trust to do the work that matters. Every dollar you give will support the resilient work of frontline nonprofits in Western Mass.

On June 11, when you give through 413 Gives, your contribution will be collected by NEPM and administered through your trusted community foundations: Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts or Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation.

✨413 Gives is a powerful reminder that when we show up for one another, our collective impact reaches far beyond what any one organization can do alone. ✨Thank you to NEPM and the Community Foundation for helping tell these stories and highlighting the essential work of nonprofits throughout our region.

 💙 Together, we’re building a stronger, more compassionate 413.

What an incredible evening at the Iron Horse last night. To see the benefit concert sell out was moving in itself, but what made the night truly special was witnessing so many people come together in support of children and families in our community.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us, listened, connected, and shared in the mission of the Children’s Advocacy Center. Seeing our community embrace this work with such generosity and compassion was a powerful reminder of why it matters.

A special thank you to the extraordinary musicians who donated their time and talents to make this evening possible. Beyond their remarkable performances, their sincere and thoughtful words about the work of the CAC—and the hope they see in what we are building together—meant more than we can adequately express.

And to the Iron Horse, thank you for so generously hosting this magical event and creating such a welcoming space for our community to gather, celebrate, and support a cause that touches so many lives.

Tonight was a beautiful reminder that when a community comes together, incredible things can happen.

Thank you for being part of it. ❤️
