I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Emily Bourque, and it was such a meaningful experience. She visited my center, saw all that we offer, and it meant so much to share how proud we are of the work we do.

🎋Our yoga courses for neurodiverse individuals is 4 weeks of helping you reconnect with your body and find a little peace this summer in a space where we get you. A welcoming environment for all skill levels, bodies, and minds to explore yoga in ways that feel meaningful and customized for you.

Mondays evenings 5:30-6:30pm

Our gaming group is specially designed to connect neurodiverse individuals through gaming where we will spend 8 weeks together exploring themes and concepts through indie titles, co-op games, and discussion. By the time you leave this group you will have made new friends and learned more about how game design, communication, and personality interact to create the games you enjoy- including learning about your own “gamer personality profile” and how that applies to your life. 🎮
