What's better than shopping at thrift shop? Thrifting for a good cause, of course.
Cancer Connection's Thrift Shop supports our mission, with 100% of the proceeds helps us to keep all our programs and services free of charge.
Moreover, shopping secondhand keeps millions of items out of landfills, they are also the place to look for everything you didn’t know you needed!
Thrifting gives old items a new life and when you donate, you support our mission and declutter your space. Shopping at thrift shops are a great (and cheaper!) alternative to buying new.

Celebrate National Thrift Shop day at Cancer Connection Thrift Shop.

Share this with your community and stop by our Northampton thrift shop, located at 375 South Street, Northampton, MA. Open Wed-Sat. 10am-5pm, and our Springfield shop opening soon. Stay tuned for details.

Nature-Based Art & Relaxation is a gentle, restorative program designed to support emotional well-being through creative expression and calming, nature-inspired practices. In a welcoming and supportive space, participants are invited to slow down, engage in simple art-making, and reconnect with a sense of ease and presence.

Sessions are designed to reduce stress, support mindfulness, and foster a quiet sense of connection—with oneself, with others, and with the natural world.

Each session incorporates guided relaxation techniques alongside accessible, nature-based creative activities. Optional reiki support is woven into the session.

This program is free and open to individuals in treatment, recovery, or caregiving roles, and requires no prior artistic experience. Registration is required: 413-586-1642 x104

Whether fleeting or sustained, touch is the simplest way to communicate that support is there. Though it is the most natural point of connection, touch is one of the most overlooked components to healing physically and emotionally. Research shows that brief touches between peers can convey compassion and improve collaboration. Share this with your community and offer a hug to those you love – the effects may be larger than you think!
