The Sawmill Lake sign is back up thanks to a couple of great neighbors who took the time to repair it and clear the w**ds around it.

We appreciate the extra effort and wanted to give them a well-deserved thank you.

We wanna see your old Barbee Chain memories! Dig out those vintage lake photos — family weekends, old cottages, skiing, fishing, pontoons, swim rafts, fireworks… whatever screams “lake life.” 🤍

High water = limited treatment.
We’re hitting channels below seawall level for now—everything else will be treated after the Muskie Tournament (after May 17).

Back open for business, Barbee
The Indiana Department of Natural Resources has officially lifted the no-boat restriction — you’re good to get back out there!

Please still be mindful of high water + shoreline damage and take it easy out there
