Founded in 1955 by Bill Metcalf and Phil Payne, the company built a reputation for dependable workmanship and exceptional customer care. In 1995, Wes and Ann Bell purchased the business and continued its tradition of excellence while expanding its services and customer base throughout the region.
Located in North Webster, Metcalf, Payne & Bell serves residential and commercial customers with plumbing, HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair services. Their knowledgeable team is known for professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to helping customers maintain safe and comfortable homes and businesses.
