Our recent visit to a local homeless shelter was a deeply moving experience. We brought essential toiletries for adults and toys for children, not simply as donations, but as a reminder that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten.
Every smile, every conversation, and every small gesture reminded us why we do what we do.
We are deeply grateful to our community for helping Giving Back To Community Corp. continue its mission of uplifting individuals and families in need.
And we are honored that our visit was featured in the Herald local newspaper. 📰
Together, we can turn compassion into action. One small act. One person. One family at a time.

A trip to a Brooklyn homeless shelter on Sept. 1 gave volunteers from an Elmont nonprofit a chance to do something they believe can go a long way: remind families that someone cares.
