North Scituate Cub Scout organization. Cub Scouts do fun things with other kids! They get to wear a cool uniform, go places, and see things.

They play all kinds of sports and build things, like race cars and bird houses. Want to learn a secret code? Want to learn about wild animals? Come Cub Scouting with US!

Attention Scituate Residents:
As some of you may have noticed our Cub Scouts were out delivering door hangers last weekend for our annual scouting for food drive.
This Saturday 11/1 we will be out collecting food donations for our local food pantries. We ask that anyone who was delivered a hanger please place your donation out by your mailbox by 9am on Saturday. Please place them in a box or bag and we will do the rest.
For anyone who did not receive a hanger but is still interested in donating we will also be accepting drop offs at the parking lot across the street from Trinity Episcopal Church (249 Danielson Pike, North Scituate) between the hours of 9am-11:30am. With food insecurity on the rise there is an overwhelming demand at our food pantries for help. This event has always been such a wonderful way to help those in need right here within our community just in time for the holiday season. Let’s make this year our best one yet! We are looking forward to another successful year and as always thank you for supporting our scouts and our town.

Come and join us this Saturday, September 27th for our annual carnival. Play some games, join our pie eating contest and meet our scouts and leaders. We will be located at North Scituate library from 10-12 (directly across from the farmers market). Sign up today-September 27th for $25 off with code Scout2025. 🥧

This past weekend our pack camped at Buck Hill Scout Reservation. 🏕️ On saturday our scouts and their families did an amazing job hiking to the Tri-state marker. Once everyone refueled with lunch we broke off into groups and improvised skits using a mystery bag of props. It was great to see everyones use of imagination. Many laughs were had. After dinner we also continued our annual Dutch oven dessert competition. This years winner was the lions with their vegan chocolate brownies. 😋 Though all the desserts were winners in our eyes 👀
A huge thank you to all of our leaders, scouts and their families who pitched in to make this weekend possible.

This morning our scouts walked in the Scituate Memorial day parade. Today, we remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Thank you for your service. 🇺🇸

Our scouts did a wonderful job providing the color guard at the Providence Bruins game on Friday night. A great time was had by all.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated to our scouting for food drive this morning. Thanks to people like you we collected over a whopping 3500lbs of food (a new record) that will go directly to help those in need right here in our community.
A special shout out to Troop 2 North Scituate who worked alongside our scouts unloading, sorting, and stacking all of your generous donations.
Lastly, a huge thank you to all of our Pack One scouts and their families who helped deliver flyers last weekend and collect donations this morning.
We are so proud to live in such a caring and wonderful town.

Visit us this Sunday 10/20 at Scituate’s scarecrow festival from 11am-2pm. Come and check out all of the amazing scarecrows and cast your vote for your favorite. Don’t forget to treat yourself to some delicious homemade Portuguese malassadas, made and served hot by our pack. 🎃 😋 Hope to see everyone there.
