✨️IMPORTANT INFORMATION✨️ leading up to our much anticipated SPRING SEASON🎉🥎

⭐️ The 2026 Spring Skills Camp, hosted by the Tri-West High School Softball Team, is this Saturday, March 14th! Please see the attached flyer for further details. Sign-ups will take place at the door!

⭐️ Team Evaluations will take place at the TW Auxillary Gym the following Saturday, March 21st. 8U evals will begin at 9am, and 10U evals will begin at 10am. (No evaluations needed for 6U or 12U). The draft will follow. Once teams are drafted they will be populated on to the Sports Engine app. This is where your coach will reach out and communicate the schedule/updates the remainder of the season.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN 📣 and will close Feb. 28th at 11:59 PM❗️❗️

There will be a $40 late fee for any registrations after that date/time, and registration is not guaranteed based on team numbers.

✨️🥎TRI-WEST YOUTH SOFTBALL LEAGUE🥎✨️

TWYSL is part of the larger, collaborative Hendricks County Youth Softball League, which primarily includes Tri-West, Avon, Danville, and Plainfield - with Monrovia also joining this past fall. Games can be played at any of the primary 4 locations - Avon, Plainfield, Danville, and our own league complex in North Salem.

6U and 8U can be expected to play on Saturdays. 6U is a combined tee ball/coach pitch game, with each batter getting 5 pitches to try to hit before the tee is brought out. There is no scoring or wins/losses for 6U as it is all about learning the game and having fun. 8U (coach pitch) will play doubleheaders on Saturdays during the regular season, but will play throughout the week during our season ending tournament. 10U (kid pitch) plays Monday and Wednesday evenings, and 12U (kid pitch) plays Tuesday and Thursday evenings. 8U and above finish off their season in a week long, county wide tournament, resulting in a HCYSL Champion for each age group!

No matter your age or experience level, TWYSL is a welcoming place for all players. Our league strives to ensure the number one goal for each team and player is to have fun! Being a good teammate, making friends, learning fundamentals, and improving skill-sets are all part of the season long development. Good sportsmanship is expected and required for players, coaches, fans! We pride ourselves on rooting for our teams with class, not causing drama with umpires or other teams, and representing our Tri-West community with dignity💙💛

A few things to note for the upcoming season...

• Your player's league eligibility is based on their age as of 9/1/2025
• Registration discount for multiple players
• COACHES! We are always in need of volunteers. Please be sure to mark on your registration if you are interested in coaching. You will be contacted based on the numbers for the league's age group
• TRASH BAGS - We will be tracking trash bag sales this year. If you arent interested in selling, please feel free to "opt out" when registering.
• SPRING CLINIC will be held March 14th. This is put on by the TW High School team and is not mandatory, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
•EVALUATIONS/DRAFT will be held March 21st. This will likely just be for 8U and 10U, but will depend on registration numbers

Please take the time to register sooner rather than later! Registration will be closing by the end of February. Late registrations WILL be charged an extra fee and spots are NOT guaranteed for that age group if the teams are already full.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Teamwork makes the dream work!! Each season our league relies on gracious volunteers to step up and help run our concession stand. This season, for every shift worked, volunteers were entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $100 Academy Sports + Outdoors giftcard.

Thats a wrap on fall ball, and this league is on FIRE🔥🔥🔥

TWYSL absolutely dominated the end of season tournament!! There were 13 10U teams and 15 8U teams, and both championship games ended up being TW vs TW💪🏼🥎

Congratulations to 10U O'Hara on their UNDEFEATED season!! And congratulations to 8U Robinson on their win today and for making it to the championship game back to back seasons!!

These girls should be so proud of themselves!! Thank you to all the coaches for pouring their time and energy into these teams and helping create the culture that is Tri-West Youth Softball League💙💛
