Watch for Fatique!
Harvest hours are long. Everyone feels it.
But fatigue isn’t just uncomfortable, it directly impacts reaction time, awareness and decision-making.
Encourage your team to:
- Take short breaks when possible
- Rotate responsibilities during extended shifts
- Stay hydrated and fueled
- Speak up if they’re too tired to safely perform a task
A tired team is more likely to make costly mistakes.
