Our hearts are so full after seeing hundreds of older adults from our community come together to celebrate! The energy, the smiles, and the patriotism made for a day we won't soon forget.

On Friday, June 19, 2026, Meals on Wheels Northeastern Illinois will be closed in observance of Juneteenth. This day is important as it honors liberation, history, and the resilience of Black communities.
