Here’s a very well done article from the NY Times that addresses the drowning problem and some history in the U.S and mentions some stellar programs and resources —including the just launched National Water Safety Action Plan— I am honored to have played even a tiny role in its creation & look forward to working alongside so many water safety advocates and professionals to keep the momentum going as we work to educate about water safety to prevent drownings & entrapments.
