NP Youth Center aims to serve grades 6-12 living in North Providence by:
• Cultivating an affirming, accepting, and open atmosphere
• Offering support and encouragement
• Providing opportunities for choice and discovery
• Valuing creativity and individual learn styles
• Fostering meaningful relationships with youth mentors and peers
• Strengthening the confidence and self-esteem of its members
• Establishing routines & consistency along with novelty & surprises
