And just like that, Christmas 2020 is completed.
All our hardworking christmas elves globally are going on a well deserved break.
Rest assured that while they relax there are still eyes observing and ears listening across the magical realms monitoring the spirit of christmas, for it is not just at Christmas that we keep the magic alive, it is our constant unconditional love and gifting that keeps the magic alive for everyone.
Stay safe in this uncertain time and be kind and compassionate to all you meet.
Until next year all from the WEO Merry Christmas!

And that is a wrap for the Southern Hemisphere, quick rest and restock as we all prepare for the Northern Hemisphere leg. Most of the magical elves have checked in from being out in the world with all the wonderful children.
Reminder that we have our health and safety teams and Santa is being well looked after and follwoing Covid Physically distancing and handwashing.
Please remember to make sure Santas team has clear safe space to work and to keep physically distanced if you come across them tonight.
We wish the Northern Hemisphere a wonderful and safe christmas.

12/24/2020

Happy Christmas Eve, we are in the final preperation stages before our teams head off on the first leg of the global christmas tour.
A friendly reminder to wash your hands before prepping snacks for Santa tonight and to get and adult to help cleanup any leftovers that Santa can not finish. If you would like to leave some extra water as we are running a health and safety sleigh tonight and tomorrow night who will be cleaning before and after each visit.
Also remember to physically distance, this year it is crucial to give Santa and his teams clear space to work.
From all of us here at the WEO we wish you a safe and happy holiday season. Remember to wash your hands, cover your face with a mask and physically distance to keep everyone safe.

COVID19 UPDATE
The elves and committee members of the World Elf Organisation(WeO) have spent the last few days deliberating on how to safely deliver parcels this year in light of the global pandemic.
We understand how important the christmas spirit is and how this impacts on all creatures in the magical realms. For centuries now we have worked with our millions of santa helpers to ensure speedy delivery across the global network.
We understand that there may be concern for the welfare and safety of border crossings and entry into peoples homes. The WeO have worked with Governments across the globe. Magical creatures have been granted special dilpomatic passes when it comes to interstate, intercountry travel. We will be making sure to follow all guidelines that protect the health and wellbeing of our family. The Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy have given us valuble insight into hygiene practices that have kept them safe for these past many months.
All our terminals, factories and dispatch areas have been following careful physical distancing and hygiene practices, we have instigated a new packaging system that we use mulitiple wipe clean sacks specifically loaded and labelled and stored inside sealed containers for decontamination, this is following the policies and processes implemented by the Tooth fairy, Easter Bunny and other magical folk that enter homes. We have also allowed for additional support elves for this Christmas Eve.
What can you do to keep Santa and his helpers safe on Christmas Eve.
1. Thoroughly clean surfaces before placing any snacks or notes for santa, his rheindeer and sleigh helpers.
2. Please dispose of left over food and beverage items safely and thoroughly clean surfaces Santa may have touched.
3. All present delivery systems, sacks, pillowcases, stockings, boxes are sanitised before and after filling.
4. Please practice social distancing if you come across Santa.
Festivally Yours
The WeO Committee.

The elves are checking off their lists, have you checked off yours? Why not print this off for the kids to colour in.
Each country has their own special postal service for letters to santa so they get where they need to go, do you know yours?

12/02/2020

Keeping the spirit of unconditional giving alive is a challenge, however our global network of Santa Helpers do a stellar job, and not just at Christmas too.
