This is brain injury. While I’d like to say after 8 years the pills become fewer, the Dr appointments spread out more, the effects of brain trauma healed and forgotten that wouldn’t be true.

Every two weeks I spend a significant amount of time filling these pill boxes preparing for the two weeks ahead. It’s always a reminder of what’s happened and what the future holds.

Trying to track all of this is a nightmare for a regular patient imagine how difficult it is for someone with cognitive impairment. Pills look the same, have similar names, interact in ways no one explains. (I personally think none of them care to pay attention)
I was a nurse for decades and I’m confused. Imagine being a muggle and trying to figure all this out.
