Found this and it needs shared. Coach Hayden Crow asked the group how many made every single work out (10 in total) or missed one if it was for a competitive tournament and these nine young man stood tall.

Look at them. This is what struggle looks like. If this picture could talk. Untucked shirts, shoes off or untied, stretched out collars, hair soaked and a look that resembles a car wreck victim. And they did it every Saturday morning from May 23rd to August 1st with the furnace on and the room reaching temps in the high 80s. They choose hard things and their parents committed to let them. It’s hard to watch a Beef Lab workout, especially for two hours as a parent because this is what it looks like, suffering in its purest form. But the village understands that teaching them to handle adversity while being able to stay focused is one of life’s greatest lessons and it will serve them well in life.

So thankful for all of beef lab, the clinicians and coaches, moms and parents who choose the path less traveled in a society that rewords the opposite. Like begets like. We find each other.

🥩🔬 clinician Braeden Davis yesterday at the with Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and even got a work out in and now today at the The White House with President Donald J. Trump.

We tell the boys this sport will take you places you would never dream of if you just outwork them. So awesome. 💡
