As the world commemorates World Environment Day, we take this opportunity to reflect on the remarkable achievements we have made in environmental conservation across Kenya.

Over the years, our organization has transformed once barren and degraded landscapes into thriving green spaces filled with diverse tree species. Through our dedication to environmental stewardship, we have planted thousands of indigenous and exotic trees over the past five years, contributing significantly to ecosystem restoration, biodiversity conservation, and climate resilience.

The launch of the Kijana Care, Share and Explore Program has yielded tremendous results by promoting environmental education, conservation awareness, and community engagement. Through strategic collaborations with Wildlife Warriors, CADIF Kenya, Nourish All, schools, parents, and local communities, we have empowered young people to become champions of environmental protection.

As we celebrate World Environment Day, we encourage parents, students, and all stakeholders to nurture the next generation by instilling the values of environmental responsibility, tree planting, and sustainable living. Protecting our planet is a shared responsibility, and every tree planted today is an investment in a greener and healthier future.

We remain committed to expanding our partnerships, strengthening our alliances, and working hand in hand with like-minded organizations and communities to conserve biodiversity and safeguard our environment for future generations.

Together, let us continue caring for our Earth and creating a lasting legacy of environmental sustainability.
Happy World Environment Day! 🌱🌍

Today, Linda and Lawrence had the opportunity to represent Kijana at the PBO Week training as we transition from NGO coordination to a Public Benefit Organization (PBO). It was a truly insightful and engaging experience.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the facilitators who made the sessions impactful and meaningful throughout the day.

Kijana remains aligned with government efforts and continues to create significant impact by transforming lives—especially for children—through enriching excursion trips and programs.

The Kijana Family takes this opportunity to celebrate with you and wish you a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year 2026. As we come to the end of the year, we are deeply grateful to all our parents and guardians who entrusted us with their children.

As we begin a new year, we warmly invite parents who are still seeking a quality school that nurtures children’s talents according to their individual abilities to visit us. Our school is located in Sabatia/Butere.

We are currently admitting learners from ECDE to Grade Nine.

God bless you all.
