How heartbreaking and devastating is it when we learn that someone we know and love has become victim of a terrible disease. Modern medicine and techniques are continually researching for cures and giving support to those stricken with a serious disease such as cancer. The LLS has made great strides forward in the improvement of the health and support of their patients. They continually devote their enormous efforts to research for the cure.
