United Sexualities and Genders (USG) is an official student organization of Manchester University that strives to support the campus' lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, questioning, intersex, and ally (LGBTQIA) population. The club provides a confidential atmosphere for the safety and comfort of every attendee. The focus of meetings is to learn about the LGBTQIA community, provide emotional support, a

nd to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience. US meetings take place during the academic year on Tuesday nights at 9 p.m. in the Student Activity Center (SAC). The SAC can be located in the basement of Calvin Ulrey. All group correspondence occurs through e-mail, using a United Sexualities listserv (whose members are not viewable to the public to ensure anonymity for those who desire it).
