Obedience Is Better Than Sacrifice
1 Samuel 15:22
When God told us it was time to sell our church building, we didn’t fully understand why or what He was doing. We didn’t know where to begin, but we knew one thing—we wanted to be obedient.
God has been opening the windows of heaven and pouring out blessings beyond what we could have imagined. As He has blessed us, He has also placed it on our hearts to bless others who are faithfully advancing His Kingdom and reaching people with the love of Jesus Christ.
This week, we were honored to bless Walnut Street Church, 310 N. Walnut Street, North Manchester, IN 46962. Services Sundays 10:30am
Wednesdays 6:30pm with a Gift of $10,000
Walnut Street Church has a genuine heart for the community of North Manchester. God placed it on our hearts to help them continue helping others because serving people and loving the community are part of their mission.
OUR HEART
We’re not here to play church.
We’re here to be the Church.
To love our neighbors.
To serve our city.
To bring hope to the broken.
To bring light into the darkness.
Every message, every ministry, and every moment points to one name—Jesus.
For several years, Walnut Street Church has helped provide gifts for children through Christmas outreaches in Jamestown and throughout Downtown North Manchester, along with many other activities, ministries, and outreaches throughout the community.
Pastor Sebrena has a tremendous heart for people and for the Kingdom of God. She is always willing to listen, encourage, and support others.
She has also personally blessed our ministry in the past by donating tons of Celebrate Recovery materials when we were running our Celebrate Recovery group. She donated Bibles that went to people in recovery, the Huntington County Jail, churches, ministries, and many others who needed the Word of God.
We are grateful for the years of faithfulness, generosity, and love that Walnut Street Church and Pastor Sebrena Cline have shown to our community and to ministries like ours.
We believe God is connecting ministries with hearts like ours—ministries that are passionate about reaching the lost, loving people, serving their communities, and pointing people to Jesus Christ.
Our prayer is that this gift will help Walnut Street Church continue sharing the love of Jesus, serving the community, reaching people in need, and making an eternal impact for the Kingdom of God.
This is what obedience looks like.
This is what Kingdom partnership looks like.
When God blesses us, we want to be a blessing.

We believe there are ministries with hearts like ours—ministries that are passionate about reaching the lost, loving people, and pointing them to Christ. We want to come alongside them and encourage the work God is doing through them.
This week, we were honored to bless The Awakening Church located at 235 Safari Trail, Huntington, IN 46750, with a gift of $10,300 toward their mission.
Recently, they partnered with other organizations to host an incredible Back-to-School Bash, giving away hundreds of pairs of shoes and providing support and encouragement to thousands of children, parents, teachers, and families throughout the community.
Our prayer is that this gift will help them continue sharing the love of Christ and making an eternal impact. They have Amazing Spirit Filled Church

When we choose obedience, even when we don't understand God's plan, He is faithful. Sometimes the greatest blessing isn't what we receive—it's what God allows us to give.
May all the glory be given to God, and may many more lives be changed for His Kingdom. ❤️

Today marks the closing of a very special chapter in the history of Christian Fellowship Church.
After faithfully serving our community for more than four decades since 1979, we have officially sold our church building.
We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to every pastor, leader, volunteer, member, and friend who has faithfully served within these walls through the years. Your prayers, dedication, and love have made an eternal impact.
Most of all, we give all glory and honor to the Lord Jesus Christ. We thank Him for every soul that was saved, every life that was changed, every prayer that was answered, every victory that was won, and every person who encountered God's presence in this place.
While this chapter has come to a close, our mission has not. The Church has never been about a building—it is the people of God. We are excited and thankful for the next chapter the Lord has prepared for us.
With God's help, we will continue doing the work of the Lord, reaching the lost, serving our communities and surrounding areas, and sharing the hope of Jesus Christ wherever He leads.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this incredible journey. We look forward with faith, expectancy, and confidence, believing that the best is yet to come.
"To God be all the glory!"

The best way to kick off the weekend? A Friday morning closing! ☺️

We had the privilege of helping both the buyers and the sellers through this transaction, making this closing even more special. It's always rewarding to help one chapter come to a close while another begins.

This church is about to take on a whole new life, and we can't wait to watch the transformation unfold. Congratulations to everyone involved, we're excited to see what's ahead!
