JAMcityArkansas We encourage healthy short and long term goal settings and ways to achieve them.

Our mission is to provide skills that will allow each athlete to reach their athletic goal by instilling core values, morals, and standards which will enable them to increase their faith while decreasing their fear. We promote self discipline, self growth, academics, appropriate social interaction and problem solving, positive decision making, self confidence, and the importance of giving back to the community. Each athlete will be given the opportunity to learn the necessary skills to obtain college scholarships.

At The Dollhouse, our pink has a purpose. We wear it to REMEMBER the lives lost, ENCOURAGE those currently fighting, and CELEBRATE survivors. 💗

Throughout October, our JAMdolls and coaches are adding PINK to practice as a reminder that our PURPOSE goes beyond the floor.

This week, we started a new tradition inside the Dollhouse, our Verse of the Week! 📖💜🩵

As a faith-based gym, we want our JAMdolls to grow in their faith alongside their skills. Each week, we’ll read a scripture together and discuss how we can apply it at practice, working harder, encouraging one another, receiving corrections, and continuing to grow as athletes and young people.

This week’s scripture, Colossians 3:23, reminds us to put our hearts into everything we do and work for the Lord. From warmups to that final full-out, our effort has a PURPOSE! 🙌🏽

👜💜 PACK THE PURSE COMMUNITY SERVICE INITIATIVE 💜🩵

JAMcityArkansas is proud to continue our annual community service initiatives, going beyond the walls of the Dollhouse and making a meaningful impact throughout our community!

From September 14–October 15, we’re collecting donations to fill purses with essential items for women in need. Every contribution, big or small, will help us provide a purse filled with care, dignity, and encouragement. 💕

Oh, you thought we were just practicing? 👀

Nahhh… we’re getting TIGHT. CLEAN. SHARP. 💅🏽🔥

Every rep has a purpose. Every motion has to HIT. And if it’s not clean? Run it again. 😏

The Sassy Dolls are learning that looking good is nice… but looking GOOD together? That’s the goal. 🎀

We’re cleaning up the details, tightening those reps, and raising the standard one 8-count at a time.
