JAMcityArkansas We encourage healthy short and long term goal settings and ways to achieve them.

Our mission is to provide skills that will allow each athlete to reach their athletic goal by instilling core values, morals, and standards which will enable them to increase their faith while decreasing their fear. We promote self discipline, self growth, academics, appropriate social interaction and problem solving, positive decision making, self confidence, and the importance of giving back to

the community. Each athlete will be given the opportunity to learn the necessary skills to obtain college scholarships.

As a Black-owned business, it is important that our JAMdolls understand that the dreams they have today are possible because of the sacrifices, courage, and resilience of those who came before them.

Today they shared what freedom means to them, declared their dreams out loud, and reminded us all that their dreams matter.

At JAMcityArkansas, we’re not just teaching cheerleading. We’re building confidence, creating leaders, and molding strong children into powerful young adults.

Last night wasn’t just practice… it was proof that hard work can be FUN. 💜🩵

From motion technique games and stunt drills to facials, body control, and staying tight, our JAMdolls were learning without even realizing how much work they were putting in.

We wrapped up the night with a little competitive relay race, because nothing brings out the best in athletes like a challenge. 🔥
