A sincere thank you to Ramses Sandifer and Zach Bobo with Bank OZK for the incredible opportunity to provide the NLR Connects Board with an exclusive tour of your remarkable headquarters.

From the breathtaking architecture and thoughtfully curated artwork to the stunning sculptures and intentional design throughout the building, every detail reflected a commitment to excellence, innovation, and vision. It was truly an inspiring experience.

Experiences like this are a powerful reminder of the value of being involved with NLR Connects. Beyond networking, our organization provides unique access to leaders, organizations, and opportunities that broaden perspectives, spark ideas, and deepen our understanding of the businesses that help drive our region forward.

The opportunity to step behind the scenes of some of Arkansas’s most influential organizations is one of the many ways NLR Connects continues to create meaningful connections and professional growth for its members. The possibilities are truly boundless when leaders come together to learn, engage, and invest in one another.

One word: Gratitude. 🖤

What an extraordinary and memorable experience it was for our group to gain firsthand insight into the operations, leadership, workforce development initiatives, and overall mission readiness of our military partners! Both impactful and inspiring.

Experiences like this help bridge the gap between our business community and the men and women who serve our country with excellence every single day.

Our itinerary provided an incredible behind-the-scenes look into military operations and capabilities, beginning with the Wing Mission Brief and Q&A session at the 189th Operations Group, followed by the Airdrop Capabilities Tour and the unforgettable C-130 Aircraft Tour at Little Rock Air Force Base. The level of professionalism, innovation, and commitment demonstrated throughout the day left a lasting impression on all of us.

At Camp Robinson, we appreciated the opportunity to learn more through the Guard 101 Brief and Workforce Development presentation, which showcased not only the operational strength of our military but also its critical role in leadership development, workforce training, and community impact throughout Arkansas.

Of course, one of the undeniable highlights of the day was the opportunity to ride aboard a Black Hawk helicopter flight, soaring over the breathtaking views of Pinnacle Mountain and Central Arkansas. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience that many of us will never forget.

As a community organization, we believe opportunities like these are incredibly important in helping educate the public about the remarkable work our military leaders and service members are doing every day to protect, serve, innovate, and strengthen our communities. We look forward to continuing to build upon this relationship and finding future opportunities to connect the business and civic community with our military partners.

Thank you again for your generosity, hospitality, and service. We truly appreciate everything you do and look forward to working together again in the future.

Last week, the NLR Connects Board had the incredible opportunity to visit the offices of Special Olympics Arkansas right here in North Little Rock.

What we witnessed was far more than an organization — it was a mission driven by inclusion, empowerment, and unwavering dedication to creating opportunities for athletes of all abilities. The impact they are making across Arkansas is truly inspiring.

As leaders and young professionals committed to strengthening our community, we left encouraged and energized about the possibility of finding meaningful ways for our NLR Connects membership to volunteer, serve, and support their efforts moving forward.

Community is strongest when we show up for one another — and organizations like Special Olympics Arkansas remind us what that truly looks like. 💙
