The Top of the Rock Chorus, the 2026 Region 25 AA Chorus Champions, will be singing a Patriotic set of songs to celebrate the 250th birthday of the USA at the Central Arkansas Women’s Expo on Saturday, August 15th at 2 pm.

Top of the Rock Chorus, the Central Arkansas Chapter of SingUnited International (formally Sweet Adelines International), is pleased to announce Chloe Rackley as the recipient of the 2026 Peggy Gram Scholarship. Miss Rackley is from Pennsylvania and will be a sophomore at Wheaton College Conservatory of Music in Wheaton, Illinois. She is pursuing a degree in music.

Miss Rackley studied violin for fourteen years and played with many musical groups including the Philadelphia Sinfonia Players and Wheaton College Orchestra. She also holds leadership and educational roles and is a member of the Pennsylvania Music Educators’ Association. She teaches using the Suzuki method and plans to use her education and talent to start an inner-city youth orchestra in the Philadelphia area.

In addition to her music, she is a rather good athlete! She plays ultimate frisbee and is on the Wheaton College water polo team.

The Top of the Rock Peggy Gram Scholarship Fund provides scholarships specifically to women involved in Music Education or Vocal Performance Education at the college level to assist in the furtherance of their music education. The scholarship is named in honor of Peggy Gram for her more than 40 years as director of Top of the Rock Chorus.
