The corporation was formed for the purpose of providing an entity for ownership and maintenance of parcel of land described as Outlot B, Deerfield Thirteenth Addition to the City of North Liberty, Johnson County, IA, according to the plat recorded in the office of the Johnson County, Iowa, Recorder on September 14, 2004, in Book 48 at Page 69, which lot is reserved for private storm water detentio

n facilities. In addition, the corporation shall have all powers and purposes granted or implied to a nonprofit corporation under Chapter 504 of the Iowa Code, and all of such powers shall likewise constitute lawful purposes of the corporation.

Is anyone missing a green ball, soccer ball, red and blue t-ball tee, some cones, or a yellow bat? They are on the east edge of the pond in the water, and I'm worried a little kid will see them and try to get them and end up in the pond.Thank you

Please remind your kids to use a soft ball when playing in the green space area..They may have to adjust their bases so that balls do not hit houses..Two families have had damage to their siding and are trying to be understanding but frustrated..Also, they need to stop climbing the property fences..Thanks for your help and cooperation and help to share..

Deerfield friends! Easter egg hunt this am! Read details see ya at 10am

Hey Deerfield friends,

A few of us plan on going up to the Deerfield park about 9:40-9:45am this morning to hide Easter eggs. If you would like to join us please bring 12 eggs per child by 9:45am and hide them so each child can go home with 12 eggs of anyones that they find.

We will have all the children meet there around 10am to have some fun, Happy Easter egg hunt!
