The corporation was formed for the purpose of providing an entity for ownership and maintenance of parcel of land described as Outlot B, Deerfield Thirteenth Addition to the City of North Liberty, Johnson County, IA, according to the plat recorded in the office of the Johnson County, Iowa, Recorder on September 14, 2004, in Book 48 at Page 69, which lot is reserved for private storm water detention facilities. In addition, the corporation shall have all powers and purposes granted or implied to a nonprofit corporation under Chapter 504 of the Iowa Code, and all of such powers shall likewise constitute lawful purposes of the corporation.
