- Sunscreen: broad spectrum SPF 30+, reapply every 2 hours or after heavy sweating.
- Clothing: long sleeves, long pants, and UPF rated shirts; wide brim hat for face, ears, neck.
- Eyes: sunglasses that block UVA/UVB.
