Girls on the Run of Eastern Iowa Empowering girls to be joyful, healthy, & confident with a curriculum that creatively uses running. Join the fun and make a difference!

Over 130 volunteer coaches help more than 1,000 3rd - 8th grade girls from 30+ schools in Johnson, Linn, Jefferson, Benton, Buchanan, Iowa and Washington Counties. Girls spend 10 weeks preparing for a 5k while playing games and learning lessons about social, emotional, and physical health and more.

🏃‍♀️ Later this week, they’ll be finding their Happy Pace—practicing how to move at a rhythm that feels good, both in running and in life!
