Back-to-school stress does not always look like worry. Sometimes, it shows up through changes in sleep, frequent headaches or stomachaches, withdrawal, or increased irritability. 💜💛

Every difficult day does not mean something is wrong but when these changes persist or begin disrupting daily life, it may be time to seek additional support.
