f America will serve the people and communities through benevolent programs, demonstrating that Elks Care and Elks Share. Exalted Ruler, Wayne Whitmore and his Corps of Officers extend a WARM WELKOME to all Elks and their families and invite you to visit the Friendliest Place in the Friendliest City in Nevada.
