Congress is considering legislation that pays for new veterans’ benefits by cutting or restricting benefits for other veterans.

The Take Care of America’s Veterans Act (H.R. 9237 / S. 4744) would:
▪️ Cut or eliminate future disability compensation for many veterans with tinnitus and sleep apnea
▪️ Increase costs associated with certain VA home loan benefits
▪️ Set a dangerous precedent by using changes to VA disability ratings as a budget offset

Veterans should not be forced to choose between supporting one group of veterans and protecting the earned benefits of another.

📢 Make sure your Members of Congress know the true impacts of this hurtful bill and tell them to VOTE NO on H.R. 9237 / S. 4744 when it comes to the Floor.
