We hope to be catching up and thanking some of those in our community who have been helping the pantry during this time of crisis. In the spirit of appreciation and in honor of Nurse Appreciation Week, we would like to thank Colleen and Liz (pictured) as well as Alice and Lisa, all NK school nurses, who have been volunteering their time at the pantry.

It is with genuine sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear friend Jan Hall Stinson. Jan was a tireless, dedicated, and tenacious volunteer who distinguished herself as a steward of the community. Jan was a key contributor to many CCOD initiatives and especially loved beautifying our neighborhoods with community gardens.

We want to express our most sincere sympathies to fellow volunteer and husband Glenn, and her sons Aaron and Sam at this difficult time. Further information may be available at: www.murphyfuneralhomes.org
