📢 Upcoming Event: 2026 SAIA ASC A92 Aerial Platforms Annual Meeting

The ASC A92 Annual Meeting will be held October 26–28 at Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld in Orlando,FL. This important gathering focuses on consensus standards that guide manufacturers, dealers, owners, and operators of aerial platforms and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs).

Open to anyone interested in aerial platform standards, guidelines, and safety practices.

These voluntary industry standards help prevent accidents, define manufacturer responsibilities, and improve overall safety in the aerial platforms industry.

Hello from New York!

SAIA is in Long Island at Swing Staging for our Region 2 Event, bringing members of the scaffold and access community together for a day focused on safety, education and connection.

We’ve already had the chance to catch up with some great industry friends, including ELM, while sharing ideas and learning from one another.

There’s nothing better than getting out into the industry, talking safety and strengthening the relationships that make our scaffold and access community stronger.

It’s a great day to be part of SAIA!

Su***de Prevention Month may be ending, but looking out for one another cannot be something we put back on the shelf until next year.

Make checking in part of how your company works.

Make mental health part of safety conversations.

Make sure employees know where to find help.

Train leaders to recognize when someone may be struggling.

And create a workplace where asking for help is met with support—not judgment.

The scaffold and access industry knows that strong structures depend on every component doing its part. Strong teams do, too.

Let’s carry that commitment forward—not just this month, but every day of the year.

CAN'T MAKE IT TO COMMITTEE WEEK? WE STILL NEED YOUR VOICE.

We know not everyone can make it to SAIA Committee Week, February 16th through 18th.
That doesn't mean you can't help move our industry forward.

Across all SAIA Councils, we want to hear from the people doing the work every day.

What problem does our industry need to solve?
What safety guidance is missing?
Where is there a gap in training?
What task needs a better procedure, guideline, or industry resource?
What document would help your crews work safer and more effectively?
Where are we relying on tribal knowledge when we could be creating resources that benefit the entire industry?

This is what SAIA Councils are here to do.

Bring together contractors, manufacturers, rental companies, trainers, safety professionals, Competent and Qualified Persons, and other industry experts to identify real challenges and turn that knowledge into training documents, guidelines, best practices, educational resources, and solutions that can be used in the field.
If you can join us at Committee Week, February 16th through 18th, we want you in the room.
