Thirty Local 40 Brothers and Sisters officially joined the ranks of Journeymen this weekend. Let’s celebrate their success as they begin their new union journey. Their collective achievement is testament to their individual dedication and determination. This new graduating class will now have access to IBEW’s healthcare plan, pension program, and a starting wage higher than that of 80 percent of L.A. County’s residents. A special congratulations to Outstanding Apprentice Award winner Nanor “Rose” Derderian, Punctuality Award (perfect attendance) winner Daniel Perez, Luis Garcia who earned Recognition for First to Pass CA State Certification, and Thomas Klohn in Appreciation of Five Years of Service as an Instructor for Local 40 JATC.
