Happy Birthday to our incredible friend and longtime supporter, Debbie Gibson! 🎂🐶❤️

Debbie has been a true friend to Beagle Freedom Project for years, but this year, she took her support to a whole new level. During our historic Ridglan Farms rescue, Debbie was boots on the ground with our team, going inside Ridglan to help carry beagles out of the facility and into freedom.

And one of those beagles captured her heart. 🥹

The last beagle Debbie carried out that morning completely melted into her arms. She held onto him all day and simply couldn’t let him go. That sweet boy became Benson — and Debbie became his mom. ❤️

Debbie truly has a heart of gold and the voice of an angel, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have her standing beside us in the fight to end animal testing.

Happy Birthday, Debbie! Thank you for using your voice, your heart, and your platform to help animals in need. We love you! ❤️🎉🐾

PUPDATE! ✨ Marigold the Maltese was rescued alongside hundreds of others during a puppy mill shutdown ❤️‍🩹Here’s what her adopter had to say about how she’s doing since her rescue:

“It’s been almost a year since I adopted her. The time with her has flown. She is the most precious sweetheart! She’s sassy and loving. She’s great at ignoring when she doesn’t want to do something. Turns out she just doesn’t give a flip 😂 and she’s hilarious.

Hi there, I’m Raisin! I’m still growing into my paws, but I’m already full of energy and love to play. I’m a total cuddle bug who’ll keep you entertained with all my kitten antics. Since I’m so young, I’ll need patient care and socialization as I grow up, but I promise to be worth every snuggle. 💕

ADOPTION ANNOUNCEMENT! 🐾 Helen has officially found her forever home!

Remember sweet Helen? This senior girl was rescued from Ridglan Farms after spending seven years trapped in a cage, producing litter after litter of puppies to be sold to testing laboratories. She was also suffering from a painful, untreated hip dislocation.

After nearly a decade of pain, Helen is finally getting the life she always deserved. ❤️

She’s recovered, she’s safe, and she’s now surrounded by love in her forever home. No more cages. No more uncertainty. No more pain. Just peaceful days filled with naps, sunshine, cozy blankets, and the comfort of knowing she is home.

This is the happy ending we fight for every single day.

Helen’s story is a reminder of why we work so hard to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome survivors of animal testing and other cruelty.

Today, we also hold space for the millions of animals used in laboratory testing who lost their lives without ever knowing love or freedom. We will never forget these precious souls who deserved so much more.

Meet Missy, a sweet, silly beagle who has come such a long way. Found abandoned and severely underweight, she was once scared to even come inside. With patience and love, she’s blossomed into a cuddly, playful goofball who loves belly rubs, snuggles, playtime, and her people and dog friends. She’s also good with cats! 🥹

Missy is looking for a patient, positive-reinforcement home that understands beagles and will continue helping her build confidence and good life skills. She’s still working on potty training, recall, and learning good habits around her favorite treasures and chew toys. With structure, consistency, and lots of encouragement, she’ll continue to thrive! ❤️
