This , we honor Dayton, OH Branch 182 letter carrier Sydney Billingsley for the heroic action she took when she heard a man screaming for help during her route. Finding him shot eight times, Billingsley called 911, applied pressure to his wounds, and kept him conscious. Thanks for your service, Sydney!
