Drinking alcohol raises the risk of several kinds of cancer, including mouth and throat, voice box, esophagus, colon and re**um, liver, and breast (in women). All alcoholic drinks, including red and white wine, beer and liquor, are linked with cancer. Drinking less, or not at all, can lower your risk for cancer.

The Ripple Effect Crisis Respite Center provides a safe place to retreat during a crisis or mental health challenge. The Ripple Effect is peer run and understands what it takes to get back on your feet.

We can help you make appropriate connections, develop a plan to resolve the problem, and support you toward health & wellness. Bilingual staff and/or interpreters are available at no cost.
