گزارش نشست مشترک جامعه هزارههای کالیفورنیا با دفتر محترمه خانم دوریس متسویی و آقای راجر دیکینسن

در راستای گسترش روابط با نهادهای دولتی و نمایندگان منتخب مردم، نشست مشترک هیأت رهبری جامعه هزارههای کالیفورنیا با دفتر محترمه خانم دوریس متسویی، عضو کنگره ایالات متحده، و آقای راجر دیکینسن، از مسئولان ارشد شهر سکرامنتو، در دفتر خانم دوریس متسویی برگزار گردید.
در این دیدار، هیأت رهبری جامعه هزارههای کالیفرنیا متشکل از الحاج محمدعلی صفدری رئیس اجرایی جامعه هزارههای کالیفورنیا، الحاج قربان علی محمدی رئیس هیئتمدیره، رمضانعلی خدمت رئیس مالی، نوریه نبیزاده عضو هیئتمدیره و رئیس کمیته آموزش، و علیاحمد یعقوبی منشی جامعه هزاره های کالیفورنیا، حضور داشتند.
هدف از برگزاری این نشست، ایجاد و تقویت روابط کاری و پایدار میان جامعه هزارههای کالیفورنیا، دفتر آقای راجر دیکینسن و نهادهای دولتی شهر سکرامنتو، با همکاری و هماهنگی دفتر خانم دوریس متسویی عضو کنگره ایالات متحده، بود.
در جریان این نشست، هیأت رهبری جامعه هزارههای کالیفورنیا ضمن معرفی تاریخچه، اهداف، فعالیتها و دستاوردهای این نهاد، در مورد وضعیت جامعه هزاره در ایالت کالیفورنیا، نیازها، ظرفیتها و برنامههای آینده توضیحات جامعی ارائه نمود. همچنین بر اهمیت مشارکت مدنی، همکاری با نهادهای دولتی و گسترش روابط با مسئولان محلی و فدرال در راستای خدمترسانی بهتر به جامعه هزاره تأکید گردید.
یکی از مهمترین محورهای این دیدار، درخواست رسمی هیأت رهبری جامعه هزارههای کالیفورنیا از آقای راجر دیکینسن برای به رسمیت شناختن ۱۹ می (نوزدهم می)، روز فرهنگ هزارگی و ثبت آن در تقویم رسمی شهر سکرامنتو بود. هیأت رهبری این درخواست را به عنوان یکی از نمونههای عملی همکاریهای آینده و ایجاد روابط پایدار میان جامعه هزارههای کالیفورنیا و نهادهای محلی مطرح نمود و بر اهمیت فرهنگی و اجتماعی این مناسبت برای جامعه هزاره تأکید کرد.
در مقابل، آقای راجر دیکینسن با گرمی و صمیمیت از هیأت رهبری جامعه هزارههای کالیفورنیا استقبال نموده و علاقهمندی خود را برای شناخت هرچه بیشتر جامعه هزاره ابراز داشت. ایشان پرسشهایی در مورد پیشینه، فعالیتها، ساختار و برنامههای جامعه هزارههای کالیفورنیا مطرح کردند که اعضای هیأت رهبری با ارائه توضیحات لازم، این نهاد را به طور کامل معرفی نموده و دستاوردها و خدمات آن را تشریح کردند.
همچنین، مسئولان دفتر محترمه خانم دوریس متسویی نقش مهم و مؤثری در هماهنگی، برنامهریزی و برگزاری این نشست و ایجاد ارتباط میان جامعه هزارههای کالیفورنیا و دفتر آقای راجر دیکینسن ایفا نمودند. هیأت رهبری جامعه هزارههای کالیفورنیا از همکاریها و حمایتهای دفتر خانم متسویی در ایجاد این فرصت ارزشمند قدردانی کرد.
در پایان این نشست، آقای راجر دیکینسن آمادگی کامل خود را برای همکاری نزدیک با جامعه هزارههای کالیفورنیا اعلام نمود و بر ایجاد یک رابطه مستمر، سازنده و بلندمدت با این نهاد تأکید کرد. ایشان همچنین تعهد سپردند که موضوع به رسمیت شناختن ۱۹ می، روز فرهنگ هزارگی را در نخستین فرصت با شهردار شهر سکرامنتو مطرح نموده و اقدامات لازم را برای پیشبرد این پیشنهاد انجام دهند.
این نشست در فضایی صمیمانه، سازنده و مبتنی بر احترام متقابل برگزار شد و با گرفتن عکس یادگاری در دفتر خانم دوریس متسویی، تبادل راههای ارتباطی و تأکید بر ادامه همکاریها و برگزاری نشستهای آینده به پایان رسید.
جامعه هزارههای کالیفورنیا این نشست را گامی مهم در جهت تقویت تعامل با نهادهای دولتی، معرفی هرچه بهتر جامعه هزاره و پیگیری مطالبات فرهنگی و اجتماعی این جامعه دانسته و امیدوار است که این روابط، زمینهساز همکاریهای گستردهتر و دستاوردهای ارزشمندتری در آینده باشد.
Report on the Joint Meeting Between the California Hazara Community and the Offices of Congresswoman Doris Matsui and Councilmember Roger Dickinson

As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen relationships with government institutions and elected officials, the leadership of the California Hazara Community held a joint meeting with the office of Congresswoman Doris Matsui and Councilmember Roger Dickinson at Congresswoman Matsui's district office.
The California Hazara Community delegation consisted of Mohammad Ali Safdari, CEO of the California Hazara Community; Qurban Ali Mohammady, Chairman of the Board, Ramazan Ali Khidmat, Chief Financial Officer (Treasurer); Nooria Nabizadah, Board Member and the head of the Education Committee; and Ali Ahmad Yaqoubi, Secretary of the California Hazara Community.
The primary purpose of the meeting was to establish and strengthen a lasting working relationship between the California Hazara Community, the office of Councilmember Roger Dickinson, and the governmental institutions of the City of Sacramento, with the cooperation and coordination of Congresswoman Doris Matsui's office.
During the meeting, the leadership introduced the history, mission, activities, and achievements of the California Hazara Community. They also provided a comprehensive overview of the Hazara community in California, discussing its current needs, strengths, and future plans. The delegation emphasized the importance of civic engagement, collaboration with government agencies, and building stronger relationships with local, state, and federal officials to better serve the Hazara community.
One of the key topics discussed was the delegation's formal request that May 19 be officially recognized as Hazaragi Culture Day and included in the official calendar of the City of Sacramento. The leadership presented this proposal as a meaningful step toward long-term collaboration between the California Hazara Community and local government institutions, emphasizing the cultural and social significance of this day for the Hazara community.
Councilmember Roger Dickinson warmly welcomed the delegation and expressed his sincere interest in learning more about the Hazara community. He asked several questions regarding the community's history, organizational structure, activities, and future initiatives. The delegation responded by providing detailed information about the organization, its accomplishments, and the services it provides to the community.
The staff of Congresswoman Doris Matsui's office also played an important role in coordinating, organizing, and facilitating the meeting, as well as in establishing communication between the California Hazara Community and Councilmember Roger Dickinson's office. The leadership expressed its appreciation for the office's valuable support and assistance in creating this important opportunity.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Councilmember Roger Dickinson expressed his full commitment to working closely with the California Hazara Community and emphasized the importance of building a long-term, constructive, and sustainable partnership. He also pledged to raise the proposal for the official recognition of May 19 as Hazaragi Culture Day with the Mayor of Sacramento at the earliest opportunity and to take the necessary steps to advance the initiative.
The meeting was held in a friendly, productive, and respectful atmosphere. It concluded with a commemorative group photograph at Congresswoman Doris Matsui's office, the exchange of contact information, and a shared commitment to maintaining regular communication and holding future meetings.
