We are so honored to be featured on WTNH News 8 with Ann Nyberg to talk about the North Haven Arts Collaborative and our mission to support, celebrate, and grow the arts in our community.

What started as a shared vision between local residents has quickly grown into an exciting movement focused on bringing people together through creativity, supporting local artists, creating community arts opportunities, and raising funds for arts programs in our schools and throughout North Haven.

A huge thank you to Ann and the WTNH team for giving us the opportunity to share our story. We’re just getting started, and we truly believe this community can create something incredible together!

CALLING ALL ARTISTS!

Right now, the North Haven Arts Collaborative doesn’t have a logo… because we want it to come from you!

We’re inviting artists, designers, students, and creative minds to help shape the visual identity of a brand-new local arts organization. This is your chance to make a lasting impact and be part of something special right here in North Haven.

What’s in it for you?
• Your design becomes our official logo
• Featured on our website and materials
• Credited as the artist
• Sponsorship benefits for the life of the logo
• PLUS — you’ll choose an North Haven Public School arts department to receive a $250 donation

Community Voting:

Artist Spotlight: Dani Walker of Hopeful Monster Studios

This week, the North Haven Arts Collaborative is thrilled to feature the incredible work of Dani Walker, the artist behind Hopeful Monster Studios.

Dani works across an amazing range of mediums including ceramics, sculpture, costume making, leatherworking, and one-of-a-kind poseable art dolls. Her work blends imagination, craftsmanship, and storytelling into pieces that feel both whimsical and deeply alive.

From highly detailed ceramics to beautifully expressive creature dolls, Dani’s art celebrates creativity without limits and reminds us how powerful handmade art can be.

We’re proud to spotlight artists like Dani who help make our creative community more vibrant, imaginative, and inspiring.

Supporting the arts - together 🎭

The North Haven Arts Collaborative board and our amazing NHHS theater director Mrs. Gio had an incredible night out enjoying School of Rock at the Cabaret on Main Theater in East Haven! This amazing local nonprofit provides a space for community members to perform, create, and express themselves through the arts and it truly shows in the talent on stage.

We were especially proud to see familiar North Haven based faces in the cast, including Ethan, set designer for the NHHS Theater Department, and Jack, a NHPS alumni. It’s so inspiring to see our local artists continuing to shine!
