Justice Network

Justice Network END INJUSTICE FOR ALL
www.Justice-Network.org It started with two moms praying together, aching over the colossal issue of human trafficking.

Within a month, it grew to a group of passionate individuals meeting regularly, all desiring to do something ... anything that would lead to prevention and restoration. Justice Network was born. Based in northern New Jersey, the group holds monthly meetings to plan, pray and act. Events include cooperative efforts with other anti-trafficking organizations that raise awareness and funds. Our purpos

e is to educate, equip and empower our friends and neighbors to become advocates. We seek to:

• Incite outrage over human trafficking and passion to do something about it

• Provide education about the facts of the issue and ways to fight it

• Introduce local and global organizations already on the front lines

• Provide opportunities to fund rescues and support rescued victims

WORLD CUP 2026

With the World Cup coming to our area, it's critical to be informed about the dark side of sporting events. The influx of spectators, athletes, and money is an attraction to human trafficking. Informed citizens are the best defense. Please register for one of the online trainings below:

"According to court documents, Valdez arranged via Snapchat to pick up a juvenile from their family’s residence and brought them by car to his home on Endicott Street in Anchorage — to s*xually exploit the minor on his birthday.

The minor’s sibling alerted their mother, who used a family tracking app to locate the juvenile at Valdez’s residence. When she arrived, she heard the minor inside say they wanted to go home. The mother entered the residence, struck Valdez once in the face and recovered the minor, who exhibited signs of extreme drug or alcohol intoxication and had difficulty walking and maintaining consciousness, court documents say."

Superbowl 60 is today and while we all enjoy tuning into a good game of football, we wanted to remind everyone that it is more than just a sporting event; it brings millions of dollars to the host city. Unfortunately, it can also attract some individuals who promote and engage in s*x trafficking. Shared Hope International has highlighted the exploitation of individuals who are forced into s*x trafficking.

With heightened awareness and training, maybe we can make a difference this year.

If you don’t believe this is happening, read this letter once written by a survivor of trafficking that took place during an earlier Superbowl https://sharedhope.org/2011/02/23/an-earnest-request-survivor-letter-to-2011-super-bowl-host-committee/

Don’t turn a blind eye—those being trafficked could be your daughter or son!

A teenager created a silent earring that calls for help

In a world where personal safety often depends on speed and visibility, a 16-year-old girl has introduced an idea that could quietly save lives. She invented a smart earring designed to activate during danger, discreetly taking photos of an attacker while instantly sending alerts to police and emergency contacts. The device works silently, drawing no attention and reducing the risk of further harm to the victim.

The earring is triggered through subtle movements or touch, allowing the wearer to act without reaching for a phone or speaking out loud. Once activated, it captures images, records key data, and transmits the information in real time. This creates immediate evidence while also speeding up emergency response, two factors that are often critical in preventing further violence.

Traditional safety tools usually rely on loud alarms or visible actions, which can sometimes escalate dangerous situations. This invention challenges that approach by prioritising discretion and speed. By blending everyday jewellery with smart technology, the device turns something simple into a powerful shield of protection.

Beyond immediate safety, the smart earring addresses a deeper issue. Many victims struggle to prove what happened after an attack. Automatically collected evidence could strengthen investigations and help ensure accountability, potentially discouraging future crimes.

This innovation shows how fresh perspectives can reshape technology for good. A teenager saw a problem adults have long struggled to solve and approached it with empathy and creativity. It is a reminder that solutions to serious global challenges can come from unexpected places. When technology is guided by compassion, it does more than advance innovation. It helps people feel seen, protected, and empowered in moments that matter most.
