The Quell Foundation Inc.

The Quell Foundation Inc. The Quell Foundation creates a paradigm shift in the care and treatment of people with mental health Advancing training. Bridging gaps in care.

The Quell Foundation serves the public with an intense commitment to:

Fostering awareness. The Quell Foundation aims to educate communities and individuals about the disparities in care and effective treatment protocols afforded to the vulnerable and stigmatized population with mental illness. We strive to definitively reduce the number of suicides, drug overdoses, and the incarceration of our ve

terans and local community members who suffer with a treatable mental illness. The Quell Foundation endeavors to decriminalize mental illness through advanced training programs designed to offer first responders specialized skills to better recognize and intervene in behavioral, mental and emotional crisis. The Quell Foundation breaks barriers and expands access and the delivery of mental health care services caused by the dearth of mental health care providers. Increasing the talent pipeline through scholarship awards, and advocating for legislative reformation to extend the scope of services provided by clinical behavioral health professionals are essential to achieving our mission.

Many people living with post-traumatic stress disorder are carrying things others can't see.

PTSD Awareness Month matters because trauma doesn’t always leave visible scars but it can change the way someone moves through the world, and understanding that can make all the difference.

When every day becomes a to-do list it can be easy to ignore what’s actually going on mentally. After a while it becomes normal to push it aside instead of paying attention to it.

Men’s Health Month is a reminder that mental health deserves attention too. 💙

Being proud of who you are can change the way you move through the world. It changes the way you carry yourself, the way you connect with other people, and the way life feels when you’re fully comfortable being yourself.

That’s something worth celebrating.

As Mental Health Awareness Month wraps up, one thing that always stands out is how many people connect with these conversations in their own way.

Different stories, different experiences, different perspectives, but a reminder that mental health touches more people than we often realize. 💙
