2026 Annual Meeting ✨

Thank you to everyone who attended our North Falmouth Village Association Annual Meeting!

It was a pleasure to spend the evening sharing updates in the association, enjoying a delicious meal and learning from the 300 Committee Land Trust staff with our neighbors and members.

We are so grateful to the 300 Committee Land Trust staff Jessica Whritenour - Executive Director, William Poirier - Director of Stewardship and Grace Vachon - Stewardship and Outreach Assistant, for their presentation and conversations about the preservation and plans for North Falmouth land. A special thank you to Alice Kociemba of the Falmouth Cultural Council, who has supported the NFVA in so many ways over the years. The postcard project she brought and shared with our guests was a wonderful addition to the evening.

Thank you to the North Falmouth Congregational Church for allowing us to use this space and fill it to the brim! And to West Falmouth Market for the perfect dinner, apps and desserts! 🫶🏻

It was wonderful to hear your memories of this space and ideas on the future plans of a playground that is safe, fun & accessible for generations to come! We are so excited to keep moving forward with this project with your support! ♥️

Recognize that wooden structure, fire pole and monkey bars?

For generations, Nye Park has been a place where childhood memories were made.

Our own board member recalls toddler birthday parties by the picnic tables before climbing up the playground to pretend to captain the ship from the steering wheel at the top (which has since been removed for safety ❤️‍🩹).

It’s time for this playground to get a makeover to last through our next generation of events, parties and play-captains.
