To all our faithful runners,
It has been difficult to pull together a post for each of you this year. However, we have gotten many messages about a date for this years race, and it is finally time to make an announcement:
Due to life events for me (I am getting married in August and beginning two masters, one in physician assistant studies and health informatics), and a lack of staffing/volunteers to assist with getting the race on track this year we are going to be taking this year off.
That being said, we are VERY much alive, and look forward to bringing the 7th year of the race to you in Easton, MA in the August of 2020. Mark your calendars... date to be confirmed Jan next year ... but tentatively Aug 22, 2020.
Anyone who is interested in volunteering their skills, time or interests to help us bridge this year off to a successful race in 2020 please feel free to send me a message! We are definitely in need of a growing team!
I hope that you all understand the reasons for this years race being postponed to 2020, I look forward to building a team to help create the 7th Hip Hop 5K/10K in that time! Be sure to check back here every once in a while!
