Location: Bel Air, MD

Dog name: Candy

Gender: Spayed Female

Age/weight: 6 mos / 18 lbs

Breed: terrier mix

Heartworm status: negative

Medications/ Injuries: none

Good with people? Yes loves everybody!

Children? Yes, but smaller, younger children should be prepared for typical puppy behavior.

Energy level: Medium-High

Dogs? It will take her a few days to warm up. After that, she will be a very playful friend.

Cats? Unknown

Other animals? Unknown

House trained? Still working on it, especially with #2.

Crate trained? Yes - no accidents, and will put herself in there during the day to rest.

Travel well? Yes...good in the car but must have a seat belt.

Favorite toy/activity: Loves playing with other dogs, chewing bones, snuggling and running in the yard.

Leash trained? Doing better, doesn't pull but is easily distracted.

Fence required? Fenced yard is ideal; if not multiple daily walks are required. She's very energetic!

Notes: Candy is a silly girl. She is very bouncy, and likes to jump and climb. She is tireless, and will play for hours with other dogs. Candy has a helicopter tail that is constantly going. She is a great couch snuggle buddy. Left unattended she will steal socks, hair brushes, remotes, and all other household items. She doesn't destroy them, but gathers them up. Just like young child, Candy will get over-tired and needs correction and a forced rest period.

Candy is ready for her forever home!

Today for National Fetch Day, we wanted to highlight ball-safety. One of the biggest risks during play is using a ball that's too small for your dog, which poses a serious choking hazard! Check out the infographic to help you determine the correct ball size for your dog and keep fetch safe!

💙🐾 Meet Jet! Your New Best Friend Is Waiting! 🐾💙

Get ready to fall in love with Jett! This adorable 15-week-old puppy is one happy little guy who’s always ready for his next adventure. Whether it’s going for walks, exploring the world around him, or simply spending time with his people, Jett is happiest when he’s part of the action! ❤️

Jett is a smart boy, too! He already knows “sit” and “leave it,” and he sleeps soundly through the night in his crate. He’s making good progress with house training and continues to learn more every day. 🐶

Jett would love a playful canine companion who enjoys romping around and engaging in puppy play! He has lots of energy and enthusiasm for making friends, and he can be persistent when trying to convince another dog to play. Because he doesn’t always take the hint when another dog isn’t interested, Jett would do best with a playful, tolerant dog who enjoys an energetic playmate. A dog who prefers peace and quiet or doesn’t enjoy playing with other dogs would not be the right match for him.

If you’re looking for a happy, fun-loving pup who will keep you smiling, make every day a little more exciting, and fill your home with puppy love, Jett might just be your perfect match! 💙

Who’s ready to give this sweet boy the forever home he deserves? 🏡❤️

❤️ MEET T BONE — YOUR NEXT BEST FRIEND IS WAITING! ❤️🐾

T Bone is a handsome 2-year-old boy who deserves a second chance at a loving forever home!

This sweet guy has so much love to give. He’s affectionate, submissive, and enjoys spending time with people. He absolutely LOVES the water, rides great in the car, and plays well with other dogs. 🌊🚗🐶

T Bone is a strong boy who could use some help with leash manners and basic obedience. With patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, he has the potential to become an amazing companion. His strength is something his future family will need to keep in mind, especially during walks and playtime with other dogs.

❤️ T Bone deserves a family of his own — someone who will see his potential, give him guidance, and love him for the wonderful dog he is.

Meet Mazie! 🐾

Mazie is a beautiful 3-year-old black Lab mix looking for a loving home where she can be your special girl!

She’s great on a leash and loves going for car rides, making her a wonderful companion for walks and adventures. Mazie loves everyone she meets and has a medium energy level, so she enjoys spending time with her people while still appreciating a little downtime.

Mazie is fully housetrained and knows basic commands. She does well around dogs outside the home, but she prefers to have all the love and attention to herself. She wants to be your one and only and isn’t interested in sharing her person’s affection with other pets in the home.

One thing to know about Mazie is that storms really frighten her, so she’ll need a patient, understanding family who can help her feel safe and secure when the thunder rolls.

❤️ Mazie’s dream home: A loving home where she can be the center of attention, enjoy car rides and walks, and soak up all the affection her heart desires.

If you’re looking for a sweet, loving companion who will give you her whole heart, Mazie may be the perfect girl for you!

Could you be the one to give Mazie the forever home she deserves? 🐶💕
