A pot luck style dinner/annual meeting has been scheduled to take place upstairs at the Clarendon Grange
Date: March 21, 2026
Time: 4:00 – 7:00PM. (with dinner beginning promptly than 4:00PM)
Set up will begin at 3:30PM. So please arrive early to help.
Meeting portion beginning around 5:00pm
We are asking everyone to please bring a dish, drink, and/or other items. Additionally, please RSVP for head meeting headcount, and to confirm your active status with the club.
Call/email/or text Rob, Tonya, Norman, or myself, so that we can compile a list of what is being brought for food, drinks, etc. Leave a message if you can't reach us, and your call will be returned. Family, Children, & Friends are welcome!!
During the meeting portion of this evening, we will look to accomplish the following:
- Directors & Board Members voting
- Assign the property posting duties (evenly with each member taking responsibility)
- we will have posters and 2026 stickers available
- Discussion & date setting for the 2026 work detail(s)
- Completion of the “Yearly Renewal” forms & “Membership Applications”; including dues
- we will have forms available
- Review of membership status & openings
- Open discussion for new & old business
