Club Horizons of Charleston

Club Horizons of Charleston Club Horizons is a day program for adults with disabilities. We are an adult day program for adults with special needs ages 18 years and older.

We focus on daily living skills, communication, creative arts, fitness activities, community involvement and fun! We strive to foster an open environment for learning, growing, and socializing. We are also a medical model with a full time registered nurse onsite. We do accept medicaid waivers and provide transportation!

Yesterday, our Club Horizons crew had a fantastic time getting creative with some self-painting! 🖌️😊 Everyone had the chance to express themselves, have fun, and show off their unique personalities through colorful artwork. 💜💙💚💛🧡❤️

Today, we joined up for an exciting trip to Dillard's, and it was truly an adventure to remember! 🛍️🎉 We had so much fun exploring the store, meeting new friends, sharing lots of laughs, and making unforgettable memories together. 💙😊 Every moment was filled with smiles, excitement, and new experiences that made the day extra special. Club Horizons members let their creativity soar today as they shared colorful thoughts inspired by a flock of beautiful flamingos! 💗🦩 From vibrant shades of pink to imaginative stories and heartfelt reflections, everyone added their own unique splash of color to the conversation. It was wonderful to see so many smiles, creative ideas, and joyful expressions come together in an activity that celebrated imagination, friendship, and the beauty of nature. Great job to all who participated—you made today as bright and cheerful as the flamingos themselves!

This Friday, August 7th, Club Horizons is heading to Dillard's for a Girlfriend Fitting Room Party! 🛍️💖

It's going to be a fun day of fashion, laughter, and friendship as we shop, try on new styles, and enjoy spending time together. We can't wait to make wonderful memories and see everyone's favorite looks!

What an amazing day at Club Horizons! Everyone had a blast getting super soaked during our fun-filled water activities. There were plenty of laughs, exciting games, and lots of smiles as everyone splashed, played, and cooled off together. By the end of the day, everyone was happily drenched and talking about their favorite moments. It was a fantastic day full of fun, friendship, and unforgettable summer memories!

In observance of Independence Day, our center will be closed on Saturday, July 4th.
We hope you and your loved ones enjoy a safe and happy holiday filled with family, friends, and celebration as we honor our nation's independence.

Our regular Saturday programming will resume on the next scheduled Saturday, July 11, 2026.
