Club Horizons of Charleston

Club Horizons of Charleston Club Horizons is a day program for adults with disabilities. We are an adult day program for adults with special needs ages 18 years and older.

We focus on daily living skills, communication, creative arts, fitness activities, community involvement and fun! We strive to foster an open environment for learning, growing, and socializing. We are also a medical model with a full time registered nurse onsite. We do accept medicaid waivers and provide transportation!

Yesterday...What a wonderful time at Club Horizons coloring some beautiful pumpkins! 🧡 We loved seeing everyone, catching up, and watching all the amazing creativity come to life. Each pumpkin was unique and showed off everyone’s own special style and imagination! 🎨✨

🐠🌊 Club Horizons Outing to the South Carolina Aquarium! 🐢🪼

What a wonderful day for our Club Horizons members! 💙 Our group had an amazing outing to the South Carolina Aquarium, where we got to see so many incredible creatures up close.

We saw beautiful jellyfish, stingrays, lots of colorful fish, baby turtles, seahorses, and so much more! 🪼🐠🐢🌊

It was a fun-filled day of exploring, learning, laughing, and making wonderful memories together. Everyone had such a great time and truly enjoyed themselves! 😊

A big thank you to everyone who helped make this outing so special. We’re already looking forward to our next adventure! 💙

October has arrived, and we’re bringing ALL the pink to show our support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🩷

But this month is about more than wearing a color. It’s about celebrating survivors, remembering those we’ve lost, supporting those currently fighting, and encouraging the people we love to take care of themselves.

Our members got their hands down and dirty during a super fun and engaging activity! 🙌😄

With balloons, flour, water, and paper napkins involved, there was plenty of laughter, teamwork, creativity, and of course… a little bit of mess! 😂💦

It was amazing to see everyone getting involved, having fun, and enjoying the experience together. These are the moments that make Club Horizons so special! 💙

🌟 Motivational Monday at Club Horizons! 🌟

We kicked off the week with some positive energy, encouragement, and plenty of smiles! 💪😊

We also got creative in the kitchen and made Monte Cristo Sandwiches! 🥪✨ They were a HUGE fan favorite and definitely a delicious highlight of the day! 😋❤️

Nothing beats starting the week with good food, good company, and a little motivation. We’re looking forward to another great week at Club Horizons! 🌈🙌
