Club Horizons of Charleston

Club Horizons of Charleston Club Horizons is a day program for adults with disabilities. We are an adult day program for adults with special needs ages 18 years and older.

We focus on daily living skills, communication, creative arts, fitness activities, community involvement and fun! We strive to foster an open environment for learning, growing, and socializing. We are also a medical model with a full time registered nurse onsite. We do accept medicaid waivers and provide transportation!

🎉 Club Horizon Update! 🎉

Yesterday at Club Horizon, we had a great time enjoying popcorn, juice, and gummies with our friends! 🍿🧃🍬 It was a fun afternoon filled with smiles and good company.

We also have some exciting news! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we held a new vote for Prom King. Congratulations to our 2026 Prom King, Lamont G! 👑 Our Prom Queen remains Brianna M! 👑 Congratulations to both of them!

Don't forget—our HUGE Prom is tomorrow with a Hoedown theme! 🤠🎶 Get ready for an amazing time filled with fun, dancing, and great memories. Families and caregivers are welcome to attend and celebrate with us.

We can't wait to see everyone there and make this year's prom one to remember!

Those in the special needs community are once again invited out for another LIMITLESS adaptive program!

In July, we'll be showing participants how they can engage their creative sides with arts & crafts. Learn how you can take everyday items and transform them into flowers, fish, and more.

Everyone enjoyed mixing colors, adding fun textures, and creating their own unique slime creations. It was wonderful to see so much creativity, teamwork, and laughter throughout the activity.

It was great to see everyone having fun, building confidence, and showcasing their individual talents. We are so proud of the creativity and effort our members put into their projects today!

Club Horizons recently enjoyed a fun outing at Goose Creek Central Park. Everyone had a great time spending the day outdoors, socializing with friends, and participating in activities at the park. The beautiful weather and welcoming atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. After our time at the park, we gathered together to enjoy some delicious pizza, which was a favorite part of the day for many members. The outing provided a wonderful opportunity for friendship, recreation, and creating lasting memories.
