Sow Seasonal Farm located in the Park Circle community of North Charleston. Will dedicate most of our time to the land we have been generously gifted to growing nutrient rich, custom blended, and hand crafted salad mixes. We will be using the best chef and farmer picked lettuces and greens to create a raw food experience that will provide the best flavor and nutrient dense salad mixes we can offer

. By listening to the needs of vegan athletes, the likes of Rich Roll and Ben Greenfield, with whom rely solely on plants to provide nutrition for their Ultra-athletic endeavors. To raise awareness for food sovereignty, we will also be using some perennial vegetables that can be grown almost any where to highlight the surplus of nutrition that truly exists. We believe everyone can have access to nutrient and mineral rich food in order to have a better quality of life. No human should be starved of healthy food or the opportunity to experience a better quality of life.
