mprehensive programs that will start you on your way to experiencing the true financial freedom you deserve. Dorothea Bernique, founder of Increasing H.O.P.E. (Helping Others Prosper Economically) has been providing financial literacy educational opportunities to the local community since 2003. became a community-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2005, with headquarters in North Charleston. Increasing HOPE's vision is to be a leader in the development and delivery of innovative financial literacy services in the community. We are a one-stop financial literacy resource center.
